Return of the Super Maria Sisters is an experimental fiction novel that follows two female characters, Maria and Luisa, through their journey of posthuman-ness. The text explores the various contemporary theories of Donna Haraway, Rosi Braidotti, and N. Katherine Hayles through an architectural narrative infrastructure. Throughout their journey, the sisters question their own three-dimensional virtual selves - their gender, physicality, and, most importantly, their consciousness. With influences from Deleuze and Guattari, Kafka, and eastern philosophies, Maria and Luisa redefine the posthuman consciousness for contemporary beings.
